Yesterday, my mum recovered and back from hospital. This time she wanted to use her Great Eastern medical card for covering the medical fee. But, they declined our request and said that this is repeated ‘case’ or sick. What is meaning by repeated ‘case’?
Few years ago, my mum did stay in hospital for the same ‘case’. But, during that time, she hasn’t buy this medical card yet. Furthermore, this is the first time she requested insurance company to pay. So, as they declined to pay, what for to continue this stupid insurance policy? We paid more than Rm12,000 for that policy and now can’t make any claim.
Here is some advice. Be careful to read all terms and conditions when signing up any insurance package. When you face problem, they won’t try to help as they only help to cover up their own benefit.
