I noticed this signboard in front of traffic light in Kuantan area. It show ‘Berhenti Sebelum Belok Kiri‘ means ‘Stop before turning left‘. Before this, all vehicles need to wait for ‘green’ light, then, turning to left side. But now, it seem that you can turning left as you want. For me, i not dare to turn before ‘green’ light.
